Our pastor, Joe Boyd, got serious about his weight and entered in the KSN Biggest Loser Contest.  Since then he has lost over 50 lbs and made it a mission to lose even more.

One of the greatest battles in losing weight is not the information.  Most of us know that one pound is 3500 calories and that we have to eat less than we burn in a day to lose weight.  What most of us really struggle with is the will power to actually take action and get started.

We have found that you can find that motivation and encouragement in small groups.  We hope that you will join us this summer and sign up for our summer life groups.

We encourage you to sign up for the Thursday Fitness group with Nick Eady.  This group is growing in attendance and shrinking in weight.  You can find his group here.

Due to graduation events at Derby High School on May 23rd, Aviator Church is going to the movies at Derby Plaza Theaters!  We invite you and your family to join us for this special event including live worship for adults, a nursery, and a special movie for the kids in both the 9:30 and 11:00 AM services.
