At Aviator Church we approach the idea of church membership a little differently than what many are used to. When people sense God leading them to officially join Aviator Church, we ask them to become partners, not members.

Why partnership and not membership?

We all know people who are members of gyms and never go, but when you are a partner in an enterprise, you are extremely committed and involved. Even the Bible points to the principle of partnership in the local church.

“In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 1:4-6.
